Repairs are a notable part of being a landlord. You’ll naturally only deal with these when tenants bring them up, but that mightn’t be the best approach to take. By that point, they’re already a problem and they’ll cost you a decent amount of money to fix. Be proactive with your repairs instead.

That could mean getting landlord electrical tests done, and others. They’ll let you figure out if there are any issues you need to fix before they become too large. You could save a decent amount of money by taking this approach.

When most people think of landlords, they envision someone who owns property and rents it out. While that’s technically true, there’s much more to it than that. You’re not going to sit at home all day collecting a paycheck, after all. You’ll have to put much more time and effort into it.
